Reporting to the Production Manager, the Production Assistant will provide admin support for branded content team with production and administrative assistance to the production team.

Key responsibilities will include provide general administrative support to the production; aiding the production coordinator with organisation of single- and multi-camera shoots within the UK and internationally; creation of call-sheets ; Cost-reporting and completing post-production paperwork - including music cue sheets, archive lists and scripts. The successful candidate will also be responsible for raising purchase orders/work orders through SAP and Fieldglass/processing invoices.

Applicants must have previous administration experience (preferably in a production environment) as well as experience in a customer facing role dealing with queries. Some previous budgetary experience including cost tracking is desirable as is experience of raising purchase orders, floats and call sheets.

PLEASE NOTE: This role will on a fixed term contract and will be based in Stockley Park, Uxbridge. There may also be some possibility of local and international travel.
