- Trustworthy
- Good listener
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Sociable, people person who can ingratiate themselves with contacts and contributors
- Able to prioritise and manage time effectively
- Not afraid to ask questions, but also able to work independently once a task is understood
- Organised and able to think clearly about logistical tasks such as scheduling shoot days (taking into consideration where locations are, the filming to be carried out there and arranging travel to and from locations)
- Willing to take on administrative tasks such as managing data collected as part of our productions in line with GDPR and maintaining clear and comprehensive production files
- Ambition to grow within the company and take on greater production responsibilities in the future as projects allow.

Regular tasks / scope of work:
- Helping with aspects of production paperwork such as call sheets and schedules, risk assessments, release forms, filming enquiry forms etc.
- Post-production paperwork and coordinating delivery of assets (experience with Silvermouse a bonus but not a requirement as can be taught)
- Sourcing and communicating with crew and other freelancers
- Finding and engaging with filming locations and contributors in an appropriate manner
- Maintaining our databases of contacts in line with GDPR
- Maintaining clear and comprehensive production files for every project you're working on
- Ensuring our internal records are up to date, such as the status reports on our development slate
- Managing the general email inbox
- Keeping tabs on the company calendar
- Contributing to team meetings
- Some research tasks relevant to production (e.g. location research, sourcing props or other resources)
- Reporting back to the producer and keeping them up to date on progress
- Minor administrative duties as required
- Being present on location when required during filming, or else providing remote support
- Enthusiasm for factual and educational content in all its forms.
