Building on our existing success in 2020, we are now looking to grow and expand our team. Focusing on the engineering and projects side of the business.

With regular work with brands such as Twitch, Amazon, Bentley, Xbox, The BBC, Universal Music and Warner Bros., we've also won awards for our work such as the Shorty Awards for Social Good and Cannes Lions with McCann and Unit 9. We are looking to take 2021 to a new level.

The Role

Responsibilities

Work with our high profile clients to get briefs and plan for the successful execution of both live and on-demand projects from start to finish
Ensure all deliverables from the client are met to Flux's high standards before the project close out
Working with the sales team to ensure seamless transition from sales to project execution
Working with the engineering team, alongside utilising the applicants own knowledge to ensure the correct technical solution is put forward for successful execution
Build good relationships with clients, suppliers, freelancers and hire houses
Book suppliers, freelance crew and kit for jobs
Liaise with freelancers, hire houses and suppliers to ensure everything is in place for projects
Use Flux's project framework and tools to ensure successful planning and execution of projects
Create call sheets, Health and safety, logistics, RAMS documents and production schedules as required
Effectively track and manage the project budget to make sure it meets projected sales goals
Lead the successful delivery of remote and on location shoots, organising the team through rig, live and de-rig to present perfect execution of the clients deliverables and goals.

Required skills and experience:

Experience working in a live / high pressure environment
Experience managing projects for high profile clients
Experience with video production (live, remote and pre-recorded)
Solid understanding of front end creative and editorial integration into event planning
Understanding of live video production workflows and platforms
Solid technical knowledge
Excellent organisational skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally
Excellent ability to manage people across multiple crews
Excellent client communication and handling
Experience managing budgets
Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Resilient under pressure and ability to think on feet with contingency plans
Ability to learn and adapt quickly to the digital environment
Professional manner and proud of their work
Good computer skills

Other requirements:

Passport to allow international travel for work
Full UK driving licence
