As a Director Producer you will be a highly creative self-starter capable of maintaining and developing P7's creative reputation. You will be confident meeting with clients and with motivating your crew. As a director we require a keen eye and enthusiasm in equal measure. Wearing your producer hat you will be well organised and reliable with a good head for figures and budgets. Business development will be an important part of the job. You will be working on and attending presentations as well as helping to target potential business opportunities.

Essentials:
Experience - A minimum of 5 years experience in the video production business.
Great with clients. Friendly, approachable, patient and good under pressure.
English. Both the spoken and the written.
Team player. References will be required.
Editing skills would be useful. (basic Premier)
Technical awareness. Passion for cameras, lenses and all things filmic helpful.
A good all-round knowledge of production - from concept to delivery.
Love of film
