THE ROLE
THE MISSION

This exciting opportunity would be working as part of our passionate Production Team. Our Production Team and our Creative Team work as one united force to prepare film ideas to present to clients, so we will need both your project management skills and your imagination.

THE ROLE

The Production Team expertly manages projects through every phase, development, pre-production, and post-production, ensuring that the client's experience is to the highest possible standard. This role involves managing a portfolio of existing clients and engaging in regular discussions with them to plan and execute upcoming film projects. Your role will include;

Liaising with clients to establish a brief and timeline for new projects.
Working with the Creative Team to develop film ideas.
Running the pre-production process and working with the Director throughout.
Working with the rest of the Producers and Production Assistants to plan shoots.
Working on-set with the Director and the crew to run efficient shoot days.
Organising shoots internationally; a lot of our work is abroad.
Working with the Director and the Editor to bring the films to life.
Managing client comments and changes to films with the editor.
Ensuring a high level of customer service is provided to our clients.
Managing budgets throughout projects.
Monitoring hours and billing the client accordingly.
Supporting junior members of the team, so everyone feels part of a friendly passionate group of film makers.


THE PERSON

Passion for brands, brand building, effective communication strategies, film making and storytelling.
A proven track record working in a fast-paced environment and across a variety of different projects/clients simultaneously.
Driven, collaborative, honest, and innovative.
3+ years' experience working as a Producer.
An interest and experience in automotive film production.
Excellent problem solver.
Knowledge of international travel and permissions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Must be able to drive and have your own car.
Must live within a 60-minute commute of SG5 4BH.
A lover of dogs.
