Wise Buddah Content, one of the UK's largest radio and digital production companies is looking to extend its pool of London-based freelance speech radio producers.

We are particularly looking for producers who have an expertise in speech-based youth radio. So if you're engaged in issues affecting young people and passionate about telling stories that speak directly to them, across platforms, the keep reading.

We are looking for outstanding individuals who are considerate, creative, and have a proven track record in producing long form documentary and live radio production.

You should have an excellent understanding of BBC Editorial guidelines, OFCOM regulations and compliance procedures particularly when it comes to dealing with young people. Digital production, social media and online publishing skills are also essential.
