We're hiring a Producer: reporting to the Head of Football, you will be responsible for producing extraordinary content and leading your team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage team members, specifically:

1.Performance Management Regular feedback, formal/informal
2.Development plans
3.Staff administration, holidays, rotas, people portal, diary management,
4.Mentor/coach
5.Set objectives (Performance, development, behaviours)

•On screen talent management
•Produce/understand content across all platforms (Sky/Developing platform/social platforms)
•Support of Sky Sports Vision to be "Your first choice for Sports"
•Embrace and drive through continuous change and improvement
•Regularly communicate with the Head of Football to ensure production and strategic alignment.
•Develop key working relationships with other Producers promoting sharing of ideas, ensuring cross-functional collaboration and promoting the sharing / pooling of teams where appropriate
•Provide guidance on OFCOM regulations and legal issues within editorial content
•Ensure compliance with Sky's Health & Safety regulations and policies

Leadership

Leadership is key to the role, developing your teams you will be responsible for:

•Together with the Senior Producers & Head of Sport you will contribute to and drive your department direction and strategy and communicate fully with your team

Candidate Specification

•Creative individuals who have experience of producing world class content across a variety of platforms, both TV and Digital
•Relationships are key: talent, colleagues and teams
•An inspirational manager with proven track record of leading and motivating teams
•Strong communicator used to working with multi-disciplined rostered team working in 24 x 7 production environments
•Ability to demonstrate strong, relevant Football knowledge
