About the Job
Do you want to work as part of the Warhammer TV team? Are you excited by the ever-evolving world of online video content? Can you help us deliver world-class programming and streaming events? Are you able to develop content that will engage and inspire our loyal fanbase?

In this role, you will oversee any number of concurrent shows (projects) from concept to completion. You will work closely with and oversee the work of writers, presenters and production staff, inputting on script writing, set design, casting and directing to ensure the right story is told. You'll monitor and report on spend and ensure all projects are delivered within budget. You will drive the quality and execution of all projects and build consensus through your creativity and knowledge. You will also support the wider Warhammer TV, Media & Community Teams in conceiving new programmes to develop our content offer.

You will be capable of detailed analysis, ideation and critical thinking. You will be adept at giving feedback and improving the work of others. Most importantly, you will be the absolute guardian of quality.

Online video content is a challenging arena. To be successful in this role, you must be able to keep a cool head under pressure and have well-developed problem-solving skills. This is not a nine-to-five job, and the successful applicant will have a proven track record of flexible working and of delivering upon numerous overlapping deadlines.

If you've got the stuff above and a whole lot of passion besides, then we can't wait to hear from you!
