Producer

Cherryduck have an exciting opportunity and are looking for a Producer to join their growing in-house production team.
Now, we're not too bothered about titles or hierarchy here at Cherryduck, what we are passionate about is the culture we've created, making sure that each team member is a true Cherryducker who fully understands what we stand for and what we have created.
You will oversee all stages of the production process from conception to development and implementation. Co-ordinating different departments across multiple projects. Working with a range of clients on projects across digital online, social, corporate, live, animation, motion graphics, TVC's and more.
The candidate should be a great organiser as your responsibilities include, but are not limited to, briefing, pitching and sourcing crews/third party resources. You should be able to manage client expectations, schedules, budgets, assets and scopes - with an uncanny attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Managing all aspects of a shoot, from pre-production through to post & delivery
- Project scoping. Developing quotes and proposals alongside department managers.
- Sourcing a mix of established and up & coming crew, casting and researching location options, recces, booking artists, overseeing VO's and researching stock footage & music option.
- Creating project & shoot schedules, call sheets, statements of work and risk assessments.
- Maintaining and building great client relationships.
- Arranging meetings with clients and travelling to them/ or showing them around.

Key Skills /Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years experience within video production/content department (experience within a production company, media, marketing preferred)
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Experience of working in production & post specifically on branded content or related areas with a strong shoot orientated background.
- Excellent organisation and communication skills to ensure great client management.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, schedule and control productions, applying creative and strategic thinking. With technical and project management skills to satisfy production requirements.
- Ability to manage creative-driven projects with tight budgets, fixed timelines and very high expectations.
- A problem solver who works well under pressure and the ability to troubleshoot on set.
- Enthusiasm for learning and developing while working with creative talent, partners and clients.
- A passion for advertising, content creation and the creative industries.
- A passion for delivering the best creative work within schedule and on budget.
- The ideal candidate will be determined, outgoing, positive, articulate and diplomatic.
- IT literate with knowledge and experience of Salesforce would be an advantage.

NB. Willing to consider candidates that have the majority if not all of these attributes and skills if they can otherwise prove their suitability for the role (for example experienced production assistants looking to take the next step).
