As Producer, you'll be at the heart of our production powerhouse. Working with our in-house creative team, Film Director, Editors, Animators and network of freelancers to produce high quality content, within scope, on budget and on time.

You'll be reporting to our Senior Producers team and closely supporting our in-house Film Director to drive our projects forward.

Thanks to your outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail, you'll be able to identify the resources we need to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery of the overall creative product.

And thanks to your amazing communication skills and savvy budgeting you'll be able to manage both small and large-scale productions with ease. What's more, we'll need you to be flexible, able to adapt to working on anything from talking-head interviews and small character animations one day, to large-scale shoots in-studio or on-location with large crews the next.

Essential Skills & Requirements
A minimum of 3-5 years on set shoot and production experience is required. An in-depth understanding of the creative, film and photography production processes are all essential, along with outstanding organisational skills, contagious energy, a love for working with clients and a creative can-do attitude. Last but not least, taking ownership, thinking on your feet and using your initiative to support the vision for each piece is what we are looking for above all else.
