THE ROLE

Production is at the heart of the Collective, and you'll play a key role in ensuring our video production runs smoothly and we deliver exceptional content, by organising schedules, budgets, shoots and people.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Organise and manage multiple shoots from start to finish, including but not limited to; ensuring all resources are booked, developing detailed call sheets, organising and booking crews, liaising with suppliers, working effectively with the team and ensuring everything runs smoothly on the day, being hands on where needed and making sure the client is happy.

Maintain relationships with industry contacts and suppliers.

Work closely with our in-house DOP and work out efficient ways to utilise our in-house equipment where possible.

Scope and manage your budgets, using your negotiation powers to make cost efficiencies at every opportunity, maintaining profit margins without compromising quality.

Ensure risk assessments are current and shared with the relevant people.

Cost up & scope potential work to assist the pre-sale process.

Deliver a high level of communication on project status, resource needs and operational updates.

Work effectively & collaboratively with the wider production team.

Ensure all approval processes that might be required for each shoot or video project, such as location permissions, tv/music licensing, copyrights are acquired.

Negotiate contributor fees and usage

Ensure production folders are kept up to date and paperwork is in place after each shoot

Liaise with internal teams to make sure the post-production process runs smoothly and efficiently.

BACKGROUND / EXPERIENCE / SKILLS

2+ years producing social content, with huge focus on YouTube.
Being hands on and getting stuck in.
Strong people and organisational skills, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
Experience working in branded/client production
Working knowledge across the full video production process, from idea conception into pre-production, production and post-production.
