Coupled with securing recent inward investment, the team is in need of a bright and dedicated Editor who can help with all the requirements of the team.The Role We're looking for a motivated and experienced film producer to join our fast-growing, creative team. You'll be responsible for the smooth production of a range of projects across our key client accounts. You will take each project from client brief and creative treatment through to scripting and development, pre-production, shoot, post and delivery. The film content we produce ranges from branded content, internal and external communications and PR, to learning and promotional material. Each film we produce must convey a client message in the most creative and engaging way possible and we work hard as a team to achieve this. The ideal candidate for this role will have varied production experience, ideally within an agency set up, and come from a brand or communications background. They will have produced similar films to us and can clearly demonstrate they can take a project from brief through to delivery. This is also a client facing role so we are looking for the right balance of client management, producing background and creativity. If you do not have experience in these areas, this role is unlikely to be right for you. Key Responsibilities - Developing creative treatments - Managing projects from brief to delivery - Client management - Budgeting - Scheduling Required knowledge and skills The successful applicant will have experience in making corporate, branding or communications films and be able to demonstrate knowledge across the entire production process. Ideally this will be through hands-on experience in writing, directing, shooting and editing. Much of the content we create is engagement based and you will be able to clearly demonstrate how you have produced films in the past that have motivated/moved/inspired/educated an audience. You will be able to interpret and interrogate a client brief and devise the most visually engaging and creative approach to solving it. You will be a communicator and a storyteller and enjoy the challenge of making films that resonate. Calm under pressure, you will demonstrate excellent attention to detail and professionalism. You must be able to express yourself articulately and be a fluent writer. Our film producers write their own proposals and treatments so this is a key element of the role. The right candidate will be able to show a track record in project management, be hardworking, diligent and passionate about delivering high-quality content regardless of scope, budget and timeline. This is a busy team so we are looking for a self-starter with a can-do attitude that can slot in immediately and hit the ground running.
