Responsibilities
• Work closely with the Production team, Creatives and Project Managers to deliver varied projects on time on budget and with creative flair.
• Assist the Production Manager in mentoring junior producers on correct workflows and production protocols
• Task Manager - allocate responsibility to Producers and Junior Producers.
• Responsible and accountable for managing a wide range of production projects from concept creation (alongside our creative) through to budgeting, pre-production, production, post and delivery.
• Attend briefing meetings, taking responsibility for action points.
• Create and manage all production paperwork including risk assessments, insurance documentation, call sheets and project reconciliation.
• Manage and coordinate locations, kit and large crews.
• Work without supervision to juggle multiple projects and confidently deliver on time.
• Good technical understanding of kit.
• Confident managing shoots with multiple variables and moving parts.
• Experience directing on set.

The Person
• Extensive knowledge of the detail and logistics that go into productions and production.
• Strong communication, organisation, administrative and time management skills, as well as an excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work both as part of a team as well as independently, but always with passion and energy.
• A passion for creating branded content.
• Familiarity with various filming techniques, cameras and post production tools with demonstrable experience in hands-on shooting desirable.
• 5+ years' experience working across branded content
• Experience directing editors in Post Production stages
• Have a relevant degree, equivalent qualification or experience in either Video production or a related multimedia field.
