What you'll do:

- Efficiently lead the production of a 360-entertainment campaign ensuring successful delivery of all On Air & Off-air elements.
- Managing feedback and approvals process both within SCA and wider business, responsible for liaising with wider internal teams and external suppliers.
- Working with resource managers to ensure projects are resourced accurately and budget is in place to backfill where needed. Maintaining team documents including resource, project and budget trackers
- To use production expertise to come up with the best and most effective solutions for producing a campaign on time & on budget. Lead on all negotiations with agents/production companies for both on and off-screen talent
- Use Sky's assets, when appropriate, by working closely with Sky Production Services to deliver production solutions which utilise internal facilities across the board.
- Work closely with Directors and Creatives and support them by applying production experience to deliver the creative vision. Help clients understand the production process and actively participate in all stages of the process to ensure work is high quality and effective

What you'll bring:

- Substantial 360 production and post-production knowledge gained in either a broadcast media, advertising agency or production company background or equivalent is essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and drive a project from brief to delivery!
- Proven track record of managing budgets and forward planning with the ability to manage pre-production process and its various stages of sign-off
- A hands-on producer and people developer with proven ability to get the best out of individuals and a team, ability to supervise and direct junior members of staff.
- Confident in senior level meetings with partner management!
- Strong organisational skills particularly those involving complex 360 production techniques for all media - digital, video, print and stills.

As part of Sky's Consumer Group, Sky Creative Agency provides Advertising, Brand Design and Broadcast Creative for multiple partners across the business. We have recently integrated Sky Works, Sky's in-house Trading agency to create a fully integrated 360 through-the-line operation.
