We're looking for an incredible producer to handle our operations.

This is a major role in a small yet established studio and I'd love to find the right person to help me shape, run, nurture and develop this creative business.
You're the operator, the central hub, the key person across the management of projects, the team and the day-to-day running of the business.
You're passionate about process, workflow, efficiency, task management and planning.
You're the lord of time, incredibly resourceful and adaptable to a range of workflows and technicalities.
You have the ability to wear many hats within the role and can jump from bigger picture planning to granular detail within moments and you're not afraid to get stuck in with the team and know when to be firm yet fair.
5 years direct experience as a Producer in a design, video or VFX studio is a necessity.

ROLE OVERVIEW

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Budget & time management - Ensuring projects stay within budget and time restraints, creating and evaluating reports.
Project Scheduling - Client and Team schedules.
Task management - Daily task briefings for designers, coordinating all areas of business, coordination within task management software.
Time logging & Progress reports
Client relations
Asset management - stock, licensing, client assets.\r\nDeliveries - Managing deliveries to client

TECHNICAL PRODUCTION
Managing equipment leases
Managing software licenses/plugins
Asset management & Organisation - Backups, archiving, file organisation, library organisation.
Co-ordinating with tech team for IT issues.

Accounts - handling expenses, budgets, filing receipts, invoicing, invoice payment.

Coordination with our marketing team.
Coordinating PR, Promo, Socials.\r\nGathering and coordinating assets for promo.

NorthHouse are a team of visual artists, technological explorers, thinkers, do-ers and problem solvers.
Our mission is to connect people through audiovisual experiences that positively influence the world surrounding them.
We utilise a decade of expertise in video design, digital design and art direction to create live and digital experiences for audiences around the world.
We work with musicians, brands, artists and shows including the SuperBowl Half-time Show, Coldpaly's world Tour, Ferrari's 70th Birthday, The Rugby World Cup etc.
Our services include Video Design, Direction & Production, Motion Design, Digital Design, Visual Arts, Art Direction, Show Design and Creative Direction.
Currently, we're a core team of 6 that expand with freelancers joining when needed, however, a big part of this position becoming available is down to the departure of our Producer of 4 years, Harri. So there's some big shoes to fill and I'm really looking for someone who can play a big role in nurturing and developing this creative studio.
Obviously, due to the current situation, the vast majority of our work is going to be carried out remotely. When the world allows a bit of normality again, we'll work together in our studio near the Tate Modern.
