Producer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Producer is responsible for the effective planning and management of allocated film projects, ensuring that productions are creatively on point, run smoothly, meet deadlines and stay within budgets.
Line management responsibility for a Production Assistant, delegating tasks effectively to ensure delivery of multiple projects of different scope, scale and objectives to clients.
Working closely with the Operations Director in the resourcing and scheduling of productions and with the Post-Production team in ensuring the final films meet and exceed the expectations of the client and of Limehouse.
This role specialises in film for Internal Communication and Corporate Relations as well as digital learning so experience in this area is an advantage.
Workflow
? Prioritise and allocate resources to projects.
? Ensure that all client objectives and aims are met.
? Work with Operations Director to assess upcoming priorities and work to proactively anticipate needs.
Relationship
? Establish and maintain good working relationships with outside suppliers and freelance crew.
? Establish and maintain good client working relationships through open lines of communication, building rapport, negotiating and managing expectations and solutions.
? Establish and maintain good working relationships with the wider Production and Post-Production teams to build effective collaboration and teamwork.
People
? Is aware of own impact on others and develops a range of communication styles to suit different circumstances.
? Demonstrates the ability to delegate effectively to team members while giving clear guidance on boundaries and responsibility levels.
Technical
? To prepare and negotiate effective, achievable budgets.
? To design and draft, negotiate and manage production plans/schedules and operational logistics.
? To make judgements based on experience to balance creative and editorial aspirations with financial and resource constraints, and advise project teams accordingly.
