Secret Mode is the publishing wing of the award-winning Sumo Group Ltd. Day in the life of a Producer:As a Producer at Secret Mode, you will be working hand-in-hand with our Production team, ensuring projects are meticulously tracked and executed with precision. From leading project planning sessions to refining Secret Mode's development processes, you'll be at the forefront of project excellence. You will also tackle conflicts between schedule, capacity, and project goals, ensuring smooth sailing from start to finish. With an eye for detail, you'll identify and mitigate risks to project quality, timelines, and budgets, ensuring everyone is on the same page and working towards the same goals.Please note, this is a hybrid role that will require you to work from our studio in Leamington 2 days a week. You will need to be UK based to be considered for this role.What you need to do this job:• Experience of working within the games industry in a production or development management role.• A solid understanding of project management fundamentals.• Great communication skills, using a diplomatic and understanding approach to support your colleagues and partners.• A proactive attitude towards identifying and driving actions.• Very well organised, with a proactive approach to collating and spreading informationThe Interview Process:At Secret Mode, we take a holistic and engaging interview process that allows us to get to know you, your skills and your potential. For this role, we have a 2 stage interview process:1st Stage: One hour with our Development Manager. Here we will talk with you about your experience, our expectations in the role and ask some competency based questions. There will, of course, be opportunities for you to ask questions!2nd Stage: One hour with our Senior Producer and Producer. This is a chance for us to discuss further aspects of the role and for you to meet some more of the team here at Secret Mode!What's in it for you?
