We're looking for a Producer to join our award-winning team on a one-year FTC at Sky Creative. The role is focused on Sky Cinema and Sky Store and is responsible for the creation and delivery of all content-based promos and AV focused mini campaigns within their area.

As a Producer, you'll provide crucial production expertise within the promos team. You'll drive the promos workflow across your area, as well as being a day-to-day contact for Marketing and Promo Planning teams. You'll collaborate with different business areas both internally and externally to transform a brief from just an idea to finished and engaging work.

What you'll bring:

Receive and assess promo briefs, create timing plans and budgets, as well as book in resources, all whilst being supported by an Assistant Producer.

Manage multiple priority and fast turn-around projects end-to-end; ensuring that the teams work on time and within budget.

Hold regular production meetings with our internal and external teams to keep on top of all projects and drive the best work.

Set up projects on internal project management tool, ensuring the correct information is input and kept up to date.

Foster relationships with internal teams as well as external partners to ensure creative processes are adhered to.

Brief creative teams and oversee creative development, ensuring that the work delivers against brief.

Co-responsible for quality control checks on their promos, checking creative work before delivery.

Manage the stakeholder review process, ensuring timings and budget are adhered to throughout the full lifecycle of each project.

Support more junior members of the team with their development, encouraging their performance, goals and feeding back.

What you'll bring:

A proven track record of project managing end to end, ideally within the world of promos.

Takes pride in every project done, ensuring our work is the best it can be.

Demonstrable problem-solving, solution focused attitude and extremely organized.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, is flexible when needed and can drive multiple projects from brief to delivery.

Great, confident communicator, ensuring professional, clear and open lines of communication and influencing desirable outcome.

A hands-on team player and people motivator with proven ability to lead by example and get the best out of individuals and a team.

A passion for content and genuine interest in being part of creative.
