Producer/Director (Permanent, Full-Time)

A fantastic opportunity to join a respected international creative agency specialising in design, digital and film communication as the team lead of the corporate film department.

As the Producer/Director you will be responsible for creating and managing brand value through well thought out video production and strategically leading, inspiring & growing the film team.

Working closely with the managing director, creative director and peer teams (design and digital), you must have a proven track record of successfully managing and developing people within a video discipline.

You should have a portfolio full of inspiring corporate work, with exceptional creativity and brand insight, spanning a mixture of high profile and boutique clients, all managed impeccably, satisfying budgetary, deadline and communication objectives.

You will be responsible for leading the film team, managing all aspects of every video production and providing support to the agency by maintaining new and existing clients.

You must be self reliant, innovative, focused, driven and extremely well organised with excellent client facing and presentation skills.

You should have at least three years experience, preferably with an agency, along with an academic background in video. And a good sense of humour!

1. Your long term goal is to have a career producing, directing or editing feature films or broadcast?
2. You don't know the difference between corporate video, broadcast and feature films
3. You have less than 3 years commercial experience in producing corporate video
4. You don't have any experience in managing a team (i.e. Setting objectives, motivating, coaching and reviewing)
5. You do not have any experience in dealing with corporate clients
6. You live outside the M25
7. You do not have a full and clean UK driving license
8. You are not a UK resident or already have permission to work in the UK
