A creative Producer/Director is required at an internationally-renowned communications agency which has a large portfolio of blue-chip corporate clients.

The COMPANY
Our client is a leading corporate communications agency, which works with a large portfolio of blue-chip corporate clients. They are passionate about creating the best content to boost business success.

The ROLE
In this role, you will take a hands-on approach during the production process from conception through to completion.
Key Responsibilities -
• Be involved with every stage of the production process including creating budgets, drawing up call sheets and risk assessments, invoicing and reconciling projects
• Manage and develop relationships with a range of clients
• Take responsibility for planning and coordinating shoots and edits
• Produce scripts and creative briefs
• Pitch original ideas to internal teams and clients
• Supervise Associate Producers, Freelancers and Production Assistants on the film team

The CANDIDATE
With considerable experience working as a Producer/Director within a content creation agency, you will have a background in a client-facing role and have the ability to understand their aims, objectives and concerns.

You will have a thorough comprehension of film production and post-production including single and multi-camera shoots, studios, green screen, animation, editing, encoding, voice-over recording and subtitling.

You are passionate about film and have strong writing skills in order to create compelling creative briefs.
