d3t is at the cutting edge of technology and creativity, delivering co-development video game services to our global triple-A clients. Our successful studio is growing, and we are now looking for an experienced Producer to join the expanding Production Team. Our studio is part of the Keywords Studio Group and we work on multiple exciting projects at any one time, offering plenty of variety and involvement.

We are based near Runcorn, Cheshire and offer an amazingly professional, fun and supportive working environment. We continue to work on a variety of creative projects with world class studios.

The Role - Producer:

Manages and refines production schedules and tracks progress towards deliverables for multiple project
Facilitates constant communication between team members, departments and managers
Creates and distributes reports and executive summaries to foster communication and promote awareness of progress and issue
Runs daily scrums, chasing actions and removing impediments
Ensures that teams are focussed on and capable of delivering priorities
Manages client relationships and handles client/stakeholder change requests to ensure that impact is considered and communicated
Identifies and addresses inefficiencies in production processes
Manages client relationships
Manages external contractor relationships and their deliverables
Liaises with internal and external QA
Manages localisation
Drives risk analysis and mitigation
Defines, operates and improves production systems
Maintains quality standards
Implements and supports organisational change
Supports individual, team and discipline development initiatives
Requirements

Person Specification

Passionate about game development and project management
A positive, can-do attitude
Very good cross-discipline interpersonal skills (written and oral communication)
Reliable and trustworthy
Capable of developing robust plans
Can manage and inspire internal and external teams to achieve goals
Identifies and eliminates inefficiencies in production processes
A pro-active, multi-tasking problem-solver, unfazed by complexity
Quick to learn and able to develop others
Takes ownership of and confidently handles a wide range of situations
Calm and dependable under pressure
Essential Experience & Knowledge Required

2+ years previous experience in a Production Assistant role
Worked on at least 2 titles in a production capacity from start to finish
Expert knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel
Experience of managing budgets, client relationships and external contractors
Very good cross-discipline interpersonal skills (written and oral communication)
Knowledge of Agile production methodologies including Scrum and Kanban
Knowledge of multiple platform holder requirements
Knowledge of project management software (ideally Jira)
Knowledge of QA and localisation processes
Knowledge of version control software
Desirable Experience & Knowledge Required

Please note we are actively hiring through the Covid-19 pandemic. We have the d3t team working remotely from home and once it is safe to do so, we will be returning to the studio. This position will be studio based in Runcorn, Cheshire.
