Big Little Fish Television are looking to hire an experienced DOCUMENTARY PRODUCER & DIRECTOR (SELF-SHOOTING) for a major international SVOD project.

To start in the next 2-3 weeks, the ideal candidate will be a proficient self-shooter with proven experience in creating visually stunning, story-driven documentary singles/feature docs from ideation through to final post.

Skilled at managing contributors, production teams, shoots and an edit alike, the ideal candidate will have multiple credits that include archive-heavy history, crime and/or paranormal factual titles that are suspense-filled and structurally/narratively complex.

Experience in producing and self-shooting stylish talking heads interviews as well as atmospheric abstract recon is essential.

Much of this 14-week role can be home-based, with the successful candidate working remotely from anywhere in the UK to manage pre production and postproduction - with two periods of location filming (1-2 weeks each block).

Expected shoots will be Central London and other parts of England (TBC).

Experience virtually managing teams and a knowledge of COVID protocols would be extremely beneficial.
