See www.tbimedia.co.uk SummaryWe are seeking an experienced creative producer to lead our speech audio programming initiatives across broadcast radio and digital platforms. Reporting to the Director of Programmes, the role will inspire and lead TBI speech production team members and drive quality in our output.You will be passionate about programme-making with a clear vision for, and the necessary contacts, to help deliver the opportunities available in an increasingly exciting content market. Commercially astute, you will have the new business development skills to inspire and guide an enthusiastic team throughout the pitching process. You'll have a forensic approach to editorial detail and a good understanding of the processes used in audio and digital production.
