Job Description: This is a senior level role with a wide and all-inclusive scope of responsibilities that run from creating budgets and schedules to leading and inspiring artists to produce a unique caliber of work. This position is highly visible internally and externally as a key player working with our senior team as well as with major networks and key partners. The Producer must maintain a flexible work schedule to meet the demands of working with others in different time zones. The company's business is largely international; given the amount of travel that may be required and the differences in time zones work hours may be irregular. The Producer conveys and inspires a professional and positive image and attitude regarding Lighthouse Studios and its partners Mercury Filmworks & Cartoon Saloon alongside its subsidiaries, related parties, and business partners.
