Production - About the team

We are a highly ambitious, multiple award winning and fast-growing Creative Production Agency. We are proud of what we have achieved, and we are a trusted content partner of global aspirational brands such as Disney, Sky, Nestle and many more. We offer a combination of Creative, Production, Tech and complete end to end Project Management and Client Service which our clients rely on to deliver exceptional content. The Production team are responsible for the end-to-end delivery of stills, video and film services across the full client portfolio. This team is 25 strong and is integral to the business and production success. The team continue to grow and develop delivery skills day to day, strive to deliver consistently high standards, whilst at the same time thriving in the fast-paced creative agency environment.



Role

The Producer is responsible for taking the creative ideation from the client and executing the production to the highest standard.. This role requires creative problem solving and combines high-end campaigns with ecommerce. The Producer is aware of emerging and current talent to engage the best suppliers for each project. Whilst taking direction from the Lead Producer, they manage the entire production process, from idea to execution, working in partnership with the client, creative, and project managers.



Key responsibilities



Producer

As a Producer you will take charge of creative projects and manage clients (internal and external) expectations.

Overseeing complex and high-end campaigns, requiring skill and effort, whilst monitoring and working with a keen eye for detail. Colleagues will rely on the producer to plan and execute clear strategies and timelines.

Using our systems first approach to drive efficiencies and implementing best practise. Confident in decision making, the producer is always ready to face new challenges while striving for perfection.

Typical work activities include some or all the following tasks:



Working closely with the lead producer and wider production team
Taking ownership of every production you are responsible for
Liaising with internal and external clients
Taking projects from project managers and Client Services
Liaising with studio, client services, project managers and external suppliers
Co-ordinating and communicating production resources and facility arrangements in tandem with the wider team
Attending PPMs and KO calls
Attending Weekly internal calls and meetings
Attending and co-ordinating planning meetings
Assist on producing budgets, monitoring costs and controlling expenses
Building timing plans
Sourcing locations and models
Raising PO's and completing production documents (call sheets/RA's/Licensing)
Keeping accurate shot lists
Producing shoot schedules
Booking in and monitoring post-production
Liaising with crew and booking in any extra resource
Ordering from suppliers - ie Kit houses
Booking catering, transport & accommodation
Managing contracts with external organisations
Conducting research
Completing all necessary paperwork in relation to the above tasks


Skills & experience

Experience producing stills, video and film in a creative agency.
Great client facing and communication skills.
Ability to own key accounts and deliver complex and high value projects with self-sufficiency
Experience delivering in a fast-paced environment - and adapting to business needs
Exceptional organisational, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.
Experience of delivering a variety of integrated projects for platforms including television, digital, online and social - including creative and production.
Systems lead approach with production practices and delivery with good understanding of production methodology
Approachable and a confident communicator (in person and on email), pathfinder and problem solver.
Interest and appreciation of high-quality creative output
2+ years experience - creative industry experience esse
