Producer - Digital and Social

Swindon, UK

Primary Function
Produce compelling videos content and provide production expertise to a global creative agency. Work closely with the internal team, stakeholders, and external partners to support all facets of production for technology-driven stories, executive communications, and B2B partnerships.

Duties & Responsibilities

Produce substantive studio and field video productions from concept through completion
Produce appropriate content for audiences of Twitter, LinkedIn, Reddit, Spiceworks, and similar platforms, noting nuances of each
Liaise with Sr. Producer, external agencies, internal clients, and the Creative Review Team to ensure world-class production of social, digital, and related content
Provide suggestions on creative content, collaborating with stakeholders and the production team
Write copy for social posts, linking key themes from video work
Serve as main point of contact for projects, developing positive working relationships with project stakeholders and colleagues
Make decisions regarding the production of projects based on feedback from stakeholders, ensuring quality control and consistency on final project
Manage pre-production, field and studio shoots, post-production, and content delivery
Create and deliver clear and accurate statements of work (SOWs), budgets, schedules, storyboards, scripts, and rundowns for projects
Schedule and hire crew, book equipment, including pre-planned and pop-up productions and events
Create timely and accurate invoicing, tracking, and reporting
Offer creative solutions where applicable
Travel internationally as needed (less than 5%)
Other duties as assigned

Ability to give thoughtful and balanced creative direction
Cutting edge command of modern digital video production, equipment, and processes
Able to negotiate appropriate rates and identify and implement cost-savings opportunities
Experienced in the development of digital projects such as websites redesigns/updates, marketing banner advertisements, email campaigns, etc.
Performs well under pressure

Education & Experience

5+ years production experience, preferably in an agency or creative services environment
5+ years relevant digital and social experience. The ideal candidate is digitally literate and possess significant knowledge of social media channels, web applications and related technologies.
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Journalism, Design or similar is required
