Producers- Children's animated series.About The RoleWorking with the Head of Production and Series Producer. The primary duty of the Producer is to oversee the production of a set number of episodes. They will maintaining a broad overview of all production departments progress through all allocated episodes.Organisation, prioritising tasks of production and managing team members is an important part of the role.We are making a 26 x 7 min animated series for children for a major broadcaster. It's a fantastic project with an incredible team, so we're all very excited.You would be based at our studio in Soho.Start dates will be staggered but will start between September 2022 and January 2023, lasting between 3-6 monthsDay to Day:For allocated episodes:• Maintain overview/ schedules. This will include the setting of production priorities.• Serve as the main point of coordination and contact between the day-to-day production team and the production's senior/management staff.• Ensuring any production issues/delays are communicated to Series Producers, to work with them to find solutions.• Generate internal weekly progress reports for production team and management.• Lead production meetings/ review meetings• Ensure the teams are working towards the various goals and deadlines needed.• Organise voiceover sessions• Liaise with music composer and track any purchase music.• Organise sound design and mixesEach of these responsibilities will be further defined by the Series Producers and the needs of the specific production.About YouMust have:• 3 years plus experience as an Animation Producer.• Understand animation series production pipelines.• Can both anticipate a problem and either prevent it or limit the damage or efficiency of the studio.• Having the ability to interact with Directors, Scriptwriters, Storyboard Artists, 3D Animators, Editors, Designers and Compositors., • A solid work ethic and positive attitude in the face of challenging situations.• Attention to detail.• The ability to keep a calm head under pressure.
