We are looking for a Post Supervisor who has experience in CG Animation long form series content management and delivery who understands the technical and creative processes of online and grading CGI animation and will be able to implement the post schedule and process accordingly within budget.

Our preferred candidate is a highly organized, detail oriented problem solver with a positive demeanor. Someone who is a great teammate and works well in groups but is self-reliant and able to break off individually on shared tasks. The position would be based in London and work with the Producers and Director.

This person must have an understanding of the Post-Production process with focus on animation content management and delivery. The position will require support of existing systems and interface and troubleshooting with users experiencing issues. The candidate will also be required to test and audit new systems and provide experience feedback for application improvements. The candidate needs to have an understanding of security protocols around sensitive and pre-release content and implementation of content protection protocols including access approval flows, watermarking, and asset tracking. Needs to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines as you will take over the schedule and management of the animation final HD delivery from our third party studio based in Montreal to the third party service Post Production House, based in London.

An understanding of the requirements and workflow needed to manage multiple deliveries from our animation studio, picture, audio, composer, foley to prepare for Online and Grade conform is essential. You will also understand the process of QC and fixes needed and be able to pull the various sources together coherently while remaining on schedule and budget. Ultimately you will be responsible for the management of the various deliveries and troubleshoot any potential problems and any missing media delivered for our Online and Grade to keep us on schedule.

You will be aware of the QC process and ideally will have delivered to Netflix previously.

Key Qualifications
An understanding of the Post-Production lifecycle and workflow processes.
Preferred previous experience at a Studio, Network, or on an Animation Production.
Must be detail oriented and well organized.
Delivering long form content via Adobe Premiere and Aspera
Transferring offline projects for delivery to external post houses for Online/Grade QC
Ability to QC, fix and deliver or farm to external post house.
Possess a positive demeanor with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Technically inclined with an ability to learn new emerging technologies.
Team-work oriented while also able to be self-motivated and work independently.
Comprehensive problem solving skills with an ability to prioritize tasks.
Responsible and capable of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Takes initiative and sees tasks through to completion.
Preferred experience working with digital distribution systems including PIX, Aspera, Frame.io.
Manage image, sequence and data deliveries from both internal sources and our sub-contract studio in Canada
Preferred experience of Flame and Da Vinci conform requirements for picture post.
Knowledge of file types, file conversions, and editing processes is essential.
Understanding the importance of tracking, checking and reviewing deliverables prior to the online
Awareness of security controls (digital and physical), watermarking, and anti-piracy technologies, and approval flows.
About You

You will have at least 2 years minimum demonstrable experience of working in a similar role in the creative industries.
You will have had previous animation experience.
You will have experience of having worked on CG productions (either games/interactive, long form or commercials)
You are self-motivated with exceptional communication skills and a strong team player.
Excellent problem solving skills and an ability to work well under pressure.
You will be supremely comfortable undertaking hands-on trouble shooting and technical support issues.


Additional pluses

Experience working with Production Planning Software such as Shotgun or FTrack.

Experience of delivering to Netflix Master QC technical spec.
