Proven experience as a Post-Production Manager, Post Producer, or similar role within a media company, production house, or creative agency.
Strong understanding of the post-production process - editing, grading, sound, and motion graphics - including hands-on editing experience.
Experience managing a team, whether in-house editors, motion graphics artists, or a mix of internal and freelance post resource.
Confident scheduling and resourcing work across multiple concurrent projects, with a good sense of prioritisation under pressure.
Comfortable managing feedback and approval processes, keeping revisions organised and stakeholders aligned.
Strong communicator, able to liaise clearly between creative, production, and brand teams.
Highly organised, with a sharp eye for quality and consistency across video output.
A genuine interest in video content, editing craft, and the audiences Future's brands serve.
