Post Production Manager

London / Hybrid HYBRID

As the Post-Production Manager at the QA group of companies, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the editing, finalization, and delivery of effective digital training and video marketing materials. You will manage a team of editors, sound engineers, and motion graphics artists, ensuring all post-production tasks meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of editors, sound engineers, and motion graphics artists, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure the delivery of high-quality digital training materials.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including instructional designers, scriptwriters, videographers, and subject matter experts to develop engaging and effective digital training content.
Oversee the entire post-production process, including video editing, sound mixing, colour grading, motion graphics creation, and final delivery, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
Develop and maintain post-production workflows, processes, and best practices, identifying opportunities for increased efficiency and productivity.
Review and approve all post-production deliverables, providing constructive feedback and ensuring that revisions are completed as needed.

Your Experience:

Experience in video production, preferably within the e-learning or digital training industry.
Experience in and knowledge of live streaming technologies and processes.
A strong portfolio showcasing your previous work in post-production, including examples of digital training materials.
Knowledge of the latest trends, tools, and best practices in video production.
A good understanding of the creative process, particularly in an iterative model
