Post Production Manager

Lighthouse Studios is currently seeking a talented and experienced Post-Production Manager to work on The Cuphead Show!

Role description:
As a Post-Production Manager you will join our international crew working in a fast paced and vibrant environment while based in the beautiful medieval city of Kilkenny.

The Role is responsible for all aspects of running the day to day in-house production team. The role includes supporting department managers to create and meet department budgets and schedules. A key feature of this role is to foster an atmosphere of cooperation and communication. We look forward to working with you!

Reporting Line: Senior Production Manager & Line Producer

Key responsibilities:
* Consult on the creation of the master production schedule and budget
* Manage the production schedule to ensure the production is delivered to our partners on time and on budget
* Create & distribute weekly production reports to studio management and partners
* Supervise and delegate responsibilities to the assigned departments Supervisors, Coordinators and Assistants
* Communicate clearly and regularly with Producer and Supervising Technical and Creative Team on the production status
* Set quotas for the different departments; BG, LY, Animation etc.
* Manage artists quotas and deadlines
* Manage approvals and deliveries to clients and broadcasters
* Supervise and motivate the production team
* Set up and manage the relevant production database tracking and make sure database standards are met by all crew
* Responsible for managing post production process
* Experience with Shotgun will be preferred

This list is not exhaustive and might be complemented by reasonable and related tasks that are requested of you.

Key requirements:
* 2+ years within a similar Management role
* Extreme attention to detail
* Ability to prioritize tasks
* Excellent communication with crew and high level global clients
* Ability to juggle tasks and operate in a constantly changing environment
* Trouble shoot and foresee issues in the production ahead of time
