Post-Production Coordinator

London

As Post-Production Coordinator you will play an integral part in the Seventy7 team, ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of post-production workflows and asset deliveries. You are responsible for ensuring that we meet our client's needs and those of Seventy7 through strong relationships and excellent communication, ensuring that content is delivered to the highest standard.

Key duties include scheduling and tracking post-production tasks, conducting thorough quality control of retouched images, and maintaining clear communication of schedules, workflows, and deadlines across all departments. The role also involves meticulously organizing and delivering final assets, ensuring they meet the highest quality standards and client expectations.

As part of a small and agile team, you will have exposure to a variety of projects and clients, meaning no one day will be the same. This role is great for a proactive, enthusiastic, and organised person looking for a career within a constantly growing creative content agency.

About you
This position requires an individual with a strong understanding of post-production processes for eCommerce, exceptional organisational and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. Proficiency in Apple software, Adobe Photoshop, and experience with CaptureOne and Excel/Google Sheets are also essential.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role within an eCommerce photographic studio or creative agency, demonstrating a strong ability to manage image processing and creative production tasks.
