We're looking for a Post Production Coordinator to take ownership of the post-production schedule for a team of editors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Create weekly post-production schedule for all editors at start of week
* Maintain the edit queue, managing a balance between high and low priority (non commercial) commissions, ensuring nothing remains stuck at the bottom of the list for too long
* Monitoring deadlines for all post jobs - ensuring they are on track to be met and troubleshooting when they haven't
* Ongoing work monitoring time it takes to edit films and finding efficiencies in workflow to ensure efficient workflow
* Ensuring best practice is maintained in all organisational aspects of post production workflow
* Creating new, uniform file structure for hard drives and maintaining a log of what is kept where
* First point of contact for all urgent requests, such as commercial trailers, sizzles etc.
* Scheduling time for urgent requests and, where possible, gathering assets and rushes prior to handing over to editor
* First point of contact for all ingest / download links from filmmakers
* Managing rushes hard drive: creating collections and folders
* Checking rushes for errors, glitches etc. and ensuring all files are received
* Completing weekly post production report

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
* Circa 2 years experience as an edit assistant or post production coordinator
* Excellent Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro CC
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Excellent organisational skills
