Post Production Coordinator

Kew, London

We are looking for an experienced Post Production Coordinator to work alongside the Whisper Post Team on an exciting, brand new, Digital international football channel.

This role is to oversee all Post Production elements across the daily delivery of features, short-form content, digital and magazine programming for a digital channel.

The role would suit a highly organised Production Coordinator used to working in a fast-paced environment and with the ability to work on their own initiative and know when to refer up.

Responsibilities
* Scheduling rota of daily edits
* Managing turnaround of deliverables and deadlines
* Overseeing clearances and PasC reporting
* Liaising with graphics team
* Raising contracts for post production team and editors
* Provide direct administrative support to the production and edit teams
* Book editors and check availability on behalf of production
* Assist with scheduling of editors and resources based on editorial and operational requirements; highlight any clashes or gaps in the editing schedule
* Administer the delivery of key materials to Production Management or Broadcasters and highlight issues
* Implement and promote equality and diversity in the team and adhere to Health and Safety policies

Skills
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* At least one year as a Production Coordinator
* Experience of working in a pressurised environment with the ability to juggle multiple tasks
* Working knowledge of the post production and production processes.
* The capacity to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
* Ability to work effectively with others and manage relationships in a team including the ability to manage up and provide positive and effective support to the editorial
* A proactive attitude to work and promoting a positive work ethic in the team
* Ability to work on your own initiative
* Working knowledge of Excel spreadsheets and schedules
