POST PRODUCTION COORDINATOR / MANAGER:Pacific's post production operation is expanding, and we are looking for a highly motivated self-starter to join the team to assist with the install of infrastructure upgrades and roll out of new post production management systems at their small but busy operation based at Highgate Studios in Kentish Town.In addition to assisting with these projects, the Post Production Coordinator/Junior Production Manager will be responsible for the day to day running of the 6 offline suites ensuring a seamless client experience from ingest to delivery.Reporting to the senior management team, duties will include:- The ability to create, manage and oversee Post Production schedules for our current slate- Booking & contracting of Offline Editors & Edit Producers.- Suite / room management.- Ensuring call sheets, shoot & continuity notes are distributed throughout the post production department. - Coordinating editorial notes & sign offs from required parties.- Managing Edit Assistants workload - digitising, AMA workflow, conform & relinks- Liaising with final post facility & coordinating delivery of materials ahead of final post.- Checking QC & fixes - Overseeing delivery of TX master files to networks on time & reporting of acceptance / issues to senior management team.- Completion of post-production paperwork (including music cue sheets & reporting) & final programme binders.- Management of inhouse digital and tape libraryWe are a small but busy independent production company working predominantly in lifestyle programming for US clients, and so while the role will mainly be involved with post the post coordinator / manager will be expected to assist with UK pre-production on projects and so a general knowledge of the production setup processes and foreign filming requirements is advantageous.Start Date: From w/c 3rd Feb 2020Please apply with your CV & cover letter.Please state in your covering letter your experience, skills and suitability for the role.We regret that due to the high number of applicants we are only able to respond to those called to interview.
