Moonbug Entertainment are looking for a Post Production Coordinator to join the Production team in the London office.The role will be based in the Production Operations Department working across various animation and live action video pipelines. Reporting into the Sr Production Operations Manager, the candidate will be the key liaise for their brand in the post production stages and ensure the workflow is booked in with the Post Manager, schedules adhered to and that all master files and delivery files reach the correct destination fully QC'dThis role will be fast paced and hands-on, focused on facilitating the smooth movement of assets and content from production and into the post production team. The candidate will support the other coordinators running the post production pipelines across multiple brands.Responsibilities: * Running post production pipelines from asset delivery to final video master across live action and animated content. * Working closely with the Senior post production manager and production/creative teams to lead the running of post pipelines making sure that assets are delivered and processed on time. * Liaising with members of the post production team and third parties to ensure the team has relevant assets for audio and video edits. * Video mastering and exporting for delivery. * File management and Video/ CGI asset[1] organisation across pipelines. * Advising production and creative teams on schedules and timelines for content creation and delivery * Identifying post production issues and advising / escalating for resolution * Ensuring timecode scripts are done via Take1 * Ensuring metadata on Platform fully complete * Ensuring all IP delivery assets reach NAS and are logged on Platform * Supporting localisation with visibility across the process and IPThe candidate will have strong organisational and communication skills as well as a wide practical knowledge of the post production process. We are looking for someone who can track multiple assets simultaneously across the post team to keep the content on schedule and make sure assets are reviewed by the creative teams within deadlines.We're looking for someone who is a committed and hardworking individual, very adaptable and willing to jump across various tasks simultaneously throughout the day. The candidate will have a keen interest in the post production process and is willing to learn and progress with the team with the intention of eventually taking on more responsibility and growing with the company into the future.RequirementsDesired Experience/ Qualities and Qualifications: * Strong knowledge and interest of the video production process * Skilled at Adobe Premiere Pro * Strong organisational Skills * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment * Attention to detail and being a completer-finisher * Great File management * Background in video editing and post production work * Self-starter and enthusiastic * A good understanding of children's entertainment * Self-starter and enthusiastic * Flexible * Strong written and verbal communication * Approachable and optimistic
