This is a highly unusual and exciting opportunity to take a leading role in a small but well established post-production house with a growing digital arm and an impressive range of clients.

TVF Digital is a recently created division of TVF Media combining our post-production business, Online Post-Production (OPP), and our digital services which include design, development and digital marketing. OPP is a boutique post-production house a few hundred yards from London's Silicon Roundabout which has been working on feature films with a range of producers, broadcast clients including the BBC, Channel 4, and Discovery as well as global companies such as Pfizer and HarperCollins. Online Post Production is a bright, talent-driven company that offers clients a fresh alternative to Soho. We are experienced in delivering a wide variety of content, including editing, sound, video graphics, DVD production, web and interactive services and work across the whole range of factual programming with many award-winning programmes to our credit.

We are looking for someone who has the experience and ambition to lead the video team in a hands-on role, while also having the potential to get involved in and oversee the digital output. The successful candidate will have the support of the chief executive and financial director of TVF Media and the independence and opportunity to build your own team and grow the division.

The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years experience in video-editing with an impressive list of credits and will be tech-savvy with experience of both AVID (offline and online) and Final Cut Pro. You will also need to be able to demonstrate a knowledge and understanding of digital media.

You will have the ability to lead by example and motivate others to deliver an exceptional service in a timely and professional manner. You will both creatively and technically set the standards for our editing team by ensuring that all projects are delivered to the highest standards and on time whether you are directly working on them or not. You will also play a vital role in developing client relationships and generating new work.

All candidates will need to demonstrate their ability to win business and lead a team as well as delivering projects.
The successful candidate will have an excellent academic background, with a 2.1 or above from a good university, as well as a strong list of credits and the force of personality to make things happen.
