DOMA is a newly established London full-service post-production company representing talent in Colour and Edit. Co-founders Jake Evans and Morgan Faverty previously founded Pavilion Works, a social-first content production company, in 2017. DOMA continues to offer the high-quality post-production services Pavilion Works is known for, while also expanding their scope of potential clients and collaborators in the industry.

DOMA represents colour and edit talent and has a growing roster, with plans for developing further suites and ambitions of in-house VFX capabilities in the near future

Role Overview:

We seek a passionate Post Producer to join our dynamic team. You will manage the workflow across various post-production services, including scheduling, budgeting, and client liaison. This role is crucial as we expand our company and build new business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day post-production processes
Schedule, quote, and budget projects
Liaise with clients and internal teams
Support talent scouting and business development
Handle projects up to £50k, covering offline editing, Colour, online editing, VFX, motion graphics, animation, sound design, and mixing
Experience with VFX and Colour grading preferred
Familiarity with Adobe Suite, Resolve, and Avid workflows
Represent DOMA at industry events and client meetings
Candidate Profile:

Mid-weight experience level, with post-house experience essential
Highly organized with strong communication skills
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects
Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
Excellent interpersonal skills for client-facing interactions
