DOMA continues to offer the high-quality post-production services Pavilion Works is known for, while also expanding their scope of potential clients and collaborators in the industry.DOMA represents colour and edit talent and has a growing roster, with plans for developing further suites and ambitions of in-house VFX capabilities in the near futureRole Overview:We seek a passionate Post Producer to join our dynamic team. You will manage the workflow across various post-production services, including scheduling, budgeting, and client liaison. This role is crucial as we expand our company and build new business relationships.Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day post-production processesSchedule, quote, and budget projectsLiaise with clients and internal teamsSupport talent scouting and business developmentHandle projects up to £50k, covering offline editing, Colour, online editing, VFX, motion graphics, animation, sound design, and mixingExperience with VFX and Colour grading preferredFamiliarity with Adobe Suite, Resolve, and Avid workflowsRepresent DOMA at industry events and client meetingsCandidate Profile:Mid-weight experience level, with post-house experience essentialHighly organized with strong communication skillsProblem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple projectsSelf-motivated, proactive, and eager to learnExcellent interpersonal skills for client-facing interactionsBenefits:Yearly bonuses based on performancePension schemePure Gym membershipFlexible holiday and working arrangementsApplication Process:Please submit your CV, cover letter, and portfolio showcasing your post-production experience and interests
