We are looking for a full time Post Producer to join our team at EditEgg!

We are a boutique post production company, specialising in editing and colour grading, as well providing full service post production for our clients. We have a growing roster of editors & colourists and our home is in the heart of Shoreditch, where we have our high end edit + colour suites.

REQUIREMENTS

We are looking for an experienced post-producer who is hungry for a new challenge, who wants to help shape and grow an exciting young company. You will be managing the workflow across all our post-production services. This will include scheduling, budgeting, working with clients and managing our editors and colourists.

You will be able to take on an active sales role at EditEgg, with the ideal candidate bringing agency relationships to the company, as well as building on and maintaining our existing client base.

Alongside assisting with the management of the existing roster, the successful candidate will also have a keen interest in developing new talent and bringing in well established editors & colourists.

You must have previous experience at a post house, with knowledge of offline editing, online editing, colour grading, VFX, GFX and sound. We work mostly within the Adobe suite and Davinci Resolve, but knowledge of other software is a bonus (Avid, Flame, Baselight etc.).

You will be happy to attend networking events and awards etc. on behalf of the company and have excellent people skills. You should also be equally comfortable working within a team as well as individually, with the confidence to bring new ideas and new ways of working to the company.

2024 is going to be a big year of growth for us and we're excited to find the right person to join us on this journey!

Salary: £32k-£36k
