Reaching over 3 million listeners every month, your work will play a key role in empowering people to improve their health.We're looking for a driven, thoughtful, and detail-oriented Podcast Production Coordinator to oversee the end-to-end production of our podcast. You'll be at the heart of a show that brings cutting-edge science to a global audience, managing the process from guest booking to publishing.You'll thrive in this role if you love storytelling, take pride in smooth operations, and enjoy collaborating with kind, high-performing teammates.Please note: This role is only open to candidates based in the UK, as it involves regular in-person collaboration. You'll be expected to travel twice a month to our London office, and twice a year to our LA or New York office for podcast recordings.What You'll Be DoingManaging the end-to-end production and post-production of our weekly podcastBooking and coordinating world-class guests across different time zones (primarily UK and US)Leading regular production meetings and managing multiple timelines and contributorsCollaborating with freelance editors to ensure timely and high-quality deliveryReviewing video/audio edits and providing actionable, constructive feedbackWriting compelling episode titles and briefing designers on visual assets (e.g. thumbnails)Creating clear, engaging show notes that make complex science accessiblePublishing podcast episodes to platforms like Megaphone and YouTubeWhat You'll Bring to the Table1+ years of experience producing a successful podcast (audio and/or video), ideally weeklyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong project management and organisational abilities-you keep things moving and people informedExperience collaborating with freelance or contract contributorsProactive mindset-you spot problems before they happen and take initiativeA love of process and detail, without losing sight of the big pictureEmpathy and kindness in your interactions-you value collaboration and diversity of thoughtAbility to work independently and with autonomy, while thriving as part of a remote, cross-functional team
