Skills and Experience

Minimum 3 years' podcast production experience
Outstanding communication in both verbal and written form
Exceptional writing skills with a ready bank of examples
Competent audio editor
Experience in a client facing role (not necessarily in podcasting)

What You'll Be Doing

As part of a small team, you will dip into many aspects of what we deliver for our customers. Frequent tasks will include:

Arranging & facilitating podcast recordings
Running client meetings
Editing episodes
Writing for voiceover
Booking guests
Content research and planning
Creating simple visual assets
Less frequent tasks will include:

Contributing to strategy sessions for new shows
Executing various marketing activities
Managing freelancers
Creating guides and documenting processes
