About the role

We are looking for a creative and skilled Visual Content Manager to oversee all aspects of visual content creation for THG Experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for shooting, editing, and producing high-quality photographic and video content. This role also involves scheduling shoots, updating property websites, and occasional design work using Adobe Suites.

Position: Part-Time, Permanent
Hours: 3 days (24 hrs) per week between Monday - Friday

Responsibilities

Capture high-quality photographs and videos for THG Experience, ensuring creative excellence and adherence to brand guidelines.
Manage the entire production process, from planning and shooting to post-production and final delivery.
Edit and post-produce all photographic and video content, ensuring it is polished and ready for use across various platforms.
Scheduling and Coordination
Coordinate and schedule all shoots with property staff, ensuring smooth logistics and timely execution.
Take responsibility for visuals on property websites, ensuring they are up-to-date, visually appealing, and reflective of the brand's image.
Assist with design work using Adobe Suites when required, contributing to various marketing and promotional materials.
Requirements

Preferably 3 years experience in photography, videography, and video editing
Experience in shooting/capturing social-first content (stills & video)
Experience in shooting food, lifestyle and travel photography
Must have proficiency in Adobe Suites (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.).
Must be flexible to work 3 days per week between Monday - Friday
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
