We are seeking a highly-organised, conscientious and flexible Personal Assistant to provide support for up to 3/4 directors within the Global Product organisation. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment, possess strong attention to detail and show good team player capabilities. They will be able to effectively manage excellent working relationships at all levels. Due to the global nature of this role, there will be the requirement to co-ordinate meetings and events across multiple time zonesWhat you'll doProvide support for up to 4 directors, ensuring their diaries are always running smoothly and efficientlyUndertake administrative duties as required such as creating expense reports, updating distribution lists, ordering equipment, assisting with presentation preparationArrange UK and international travel, accommodation, meeting rooms, restaurant bookings, hospitality and team gifts on special occasionsWork collaboratively with other PA's and Assistants within the team and across the Product Department. This includes covering and supporting each other during annual leaveLiaise with facilities / AV / IT and other internal departments, including HRProvide ad-hoc support for director's teamsSupport new starters and ensure they are added to the correct team channels and meetingsBe confident in navigating and using Sky systems such as our HR, purchasing, travel and IT systemsWhat you'll bringExcellent organisational and communication skillsA positive and conscientious attitudeAbility to multi-task whilst obtaining good attention to detailAbility and willingness to take on new challenges where requiredPro-active and self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously an manage workload efficiently and calmlyExcellent knowledge of Outlook, MS Word, Excel and PowerpointProven experience in a similar role and environment
