ROLE: Personal Assistant / Production Secretary

Pozzitive TV is a small Fitzrovia-based production company specializing in TV and radio comedy. We're looking for a PA & Secretary for its two directors, Geoff Posner & David Tyler, initially for six months with a view to extending the contract. You will also be Production Secretary when we're in TV production and "Broadcast Assistant" (PA) for our radio productions. The salary starts from £350.00 pw+ according to experience.

The ideal candidate should have a keen interest in comedy and some studio experience, and be happy to undertake an administrative role in the office and be fluent in standard PC office software including MS Word, Outlook and Excel, as well as feeling confident handling petty cash and budgets.

Suitable candidates will have an excellent ability to multitask, dealing sensitively with conflicting demands, managing two diaries (and all that entails, such as organising travel arrangements), as well as screening telephone calls and enquiries and welcoming comedians and writers to the office and additional ad hoc duties.

Office hours are 09:45 - 18:00 but hours can vary on production, and may involve working some weekends.

The start date is July the 21st.
