Leading completion guarantor, Media Guarantors, is searching for several production consulting executives to join its UK and EU expansion efforts. Candidates should have robust production experience, familiarity with the independent film budgeting/scheduling process and a general understanding of the independent film financing environment.

These Executives will be responsible for marketing the Media Guarantors bond to prospective producers who are domiciled in the UK and EU in addition to overseeing production management and risk mitigation efforts. Candidates should possess excellent people skills and be able to communicate with both the creative and business constituents involved in the bond, financing and production process. These individuals should be based in London or Greater London.

The Media Guarantors business is growing ~150% year-over-year and this is an opportunity to get in at the ground floor to help spearhead the company's UK and European expansion.

Responsibilities include:
-- Identifying potential opportunities to provide a completion guarantee across film, television, and streaming services, with producers, financiers and co producing entities.
-- Introducing the Media Guarantors bond to prospective producers and specifically selling differentiating characteristics of the Media Guarantors bond versus other market participants. Candidates who have a broad spectrum of existing relationships with European-based producers will be favored in the interviewing process.
-- Assisting in determining whether a proposed film project presents an acceptable production risk, using the Media Guarantors underwriting criteria. Leverage the underwriting guidelines used by the Media Guarantors HQ in Los Angeles to determine whether the production can be completed on-time and within budget.
-- Reviewing the production's main production elements, including the budget, shooting schedule, etc., and financing structure and be able to evaluate in terms of viability and suitability for bonding.

-- Meet with members of the production team to obtain insights on the production budget and engage in a collaborative discussion with producers about adjustments that may be necessary to these production elements.
--If the production meets Media Guarantors' underwriting standards, the Executive will work with Media Guarantors HQ to deliver the appropriate agreement and necessary documents including full insurance requirements Executive will assist in financial closing, and then actively monitor the project per Media Guarantors requirements, including set visits if required
--In the case that issues arise on set that will threaten the production's budget or delivery date, the Executive may be asked to physically appear on set in order to stabilize the situation in the least invasive manner.
