Job Role:
This person will be responsible for assisting an agent and one of the company's key clients.
Work to include:
- Efficient diary management- day to day organisation of the client's diary including filming schedules, meetings, events, charity work and personal commitments.
- Provide administrative support to the agent and his client.
- Organising travel within the UK and abroad.
- Liaise directly with the client and high-level executives within the industry on a regular basis.

Person specification:
- Highly organised, brilliant at multi-tasking and a good communicator.
- Previous diary management experience is essential.
- Experience working with clients from the TV and Media industries preferable.
- Quick thinker that must be able to effectively manage their time.
- Able to juggle a varied workload in a calm and effective manner.
- Adaptable, confident, discreet and self-motivated.
- Attention to detail essential.
- IT literate, particularly confident with Mac computers and Outlook email.
- Excellent spelling and grammar and good typing speed.
- Knowledge of the broadcasting industry is desirable.
- Comfortable with working remotely outside of office hours when necessary.
