We are a small video production agency looking for a PA to assist our Managing Director for 3 months, with a view to extending the contract for a further 3 months if required.

Hours: 09.00am - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday
Location: Camden

The ideal candidate will
- have an interest in working in the video or film industry in an admin capacity
- be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
- have a good telephone manner
- be highly organised
- be interested in attending occasional shoots as a runner

The role includes:
- ensuring our cloud-based filing is up to date
- ensuring our rushes and video clips are regularly backed up
- raising and chasing invoices
- preparing info for quarterly and yearly returns for our accountant
- answering phones
- assisting pre-production (producing call sheets, preparing Health and Safety and Risk Assessments, arranging catering, booking cameramen, booking models, casting actors)
- liaising with our clients
- general office admin as it arises, buying stationery etc

There is scope to attend shoots as a runner.

The role would perhaps suit a recent graduate who is organised and looking to understand more about video production.
