We are looking for a highly organised and efficient PA/Office Manager to cover maternity leave, initially for 6 months from September 2012.Working directly to our Managing Director the right person will have previous Television experience and experience of liaising with key TV industry personnel, commissioners and their PA's.PA Duties will include: diary management, organising meetings, travel coordination, liaising with agents and distributors, answering queries and delivering media. Maintaining an accurate log of Commissioners' (their PA's) contact details and relevant information. Maintain and reconcile expenses. Office Management duties will include: first point of contact for all enquiries via phone, post and email; maintain storage facilitator's contract for all archive material (keeping an accurate excel log), maintaining the office expenditure excel spreadsheet, recording all invoice and PO's, preparing PO's deliverable to the Accountant, managing petty cash.To apply, please send your CV via PB.
