Evoke Films is a creative film production company working with global brands, agencies and broadcasters to create content for different audiences on different platforms, from digital films to television advertising, event films to sponsored TV programming. We are looking for an Operations Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of a High Profile Production Account, the output produced directly for the client's agencies and global collaboration with the client's partners/suppliers, based in Chiswick Park. The Operations Manager will provide consistent and regular support to the HOP by regularly reporting and updating on productions within the account inc: new briefs and client requirements, status of projects and workflow, staff status, all contractual and financial updates. The OM will be responsible for managing and maintaining an efficient operation and management system for the day-to-day running of the Production account, including but not limited to the creation and delivery of all productions, compliance with relevant regulatory codes (both editorial and advertising compliance), rights management, client liaising and reporting, meeting client expectations and briefs, adhering to budgets and agreed timescales, optimization of account staff and interagency collaboration. The OM will be responsible for improving the communication and operational systems, processes and policies across the Account, to ensure streamlined workflow, appropriate management reporting, communication and information flow and organizational planning, and ultimately fulfil the client requirements.The successful candidate will have prior experience managing large teams and implementing and improving systems and processes; client liaison and account management; building and strengthening successful relationships with clients; extensive knowledge of branded content and TV production and post production workflows; contracts, insurance, risk assessments and health & safety; working across multiple productions, effectively managing and prioritizing workload.PLEASE NOTE: This role will require regular evening shifts and some weekend shifts.
