The Role

With a growing team Celestial is looking to fill the role of Operations Assistant to help assist the operations team. This is a full-time entry-level training position for someone looking to start their career in the live events and tech industry. The position doesn't require any previous drone knowledge as on the job training will be provided.

Your responsibilities would involved but are not exclusive to the following:

? Working as part of our ground crew teams during flights in Norton St Philip and away on deployed locations.
? Understand and undertake battery charging processes.
? Understand and undertake basic drone servicing.
? Assist with the logging of Drone & Battery flight data on online database.
? Provide transport support where required - full UK driving license ideal.
? Perform general 'runner' duties as requested by wider team members.
? Help keep facilities clean and tidy and assist with maintenance and upgrades.
? Be technology focussed and adaptable
? Be open to learning and development opportunities
? Strong attention to detail
? Computer literate - any coding experience an advantage (but not a requirement)
? Willingness to learn new skills
? Keen to be an active part of a team in a progressive company
? Keen and adaptable learner
? Travel and live event attendance and some unsociable/out of office hours work will be required

The Details:
Location: You will be based at our flight base in Norton St Philip
Working Hours: Full time; 37.5 hours per week
Holiday: 25 days + bank holidays
Salary: starting from £20,000 - £23,000
Start Date: As soon as possible
